About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for our customers. You’ll respond to inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues, ensuring every interaction leaves our customers with a positive impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via email and phone to answer questions, provide information, and resolve concerns.
- Assist with account set up, returns, and general inquiries, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance our customer service approach and elevate the overall experience.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Weekdays in-person, Saturdays remote).
- Part-time role.
- Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour.
