Job Summary
The Group Coordinator will maintain a case load and deliver services by facilitating discussions and activities to increase learning and understanding. Identify referral/resources within the community that are appropriate to meet the needs of families and individuals served.

Description of responsibilities:
  1. Effectively present designated training to people served.
  2. Prepare, develop, and provide scheduled trainings (set up and take down all supplies and equipment on location).
  3. Responsible for the identification of referrals/resources within the community appropriate to meeting the needs of the individuals served.
  4. Maintain a case load and deliver services.
  5. Knowledgeable of motivational interviewing, engagement strategies, co-occurring disorders and stages of change.
  6. Completes documentation and reports according to agency and funding source timeframes, and returns paperwork and reports within one business day of training/program.
  7. Able to apply outcome tools to measure services; for example - self-sufficiency matrix and satisfaction surveys.
  8. Establish and maintain liaison relationships with appropriate agencies regarding services.
  9. Ability to deliver services in the community.
  10. Ability to adjust hours of work based on the community needs, including some evening and weekends.

Requirements
Required experience:
  1. Completion of required training for presenting curriculum.
  2. Strong presentation skills to large and small groups.
  3. Must possess knowledge and understanding of Recovery Oriented System of Care and Trauma Informed Services.
  4. Conducts self in a highly professional manner.
  5. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator license.
  6. Completion of ICHAT check, National and State Sex Offender Registry check, Central Registry check, and any additional required checks.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 
Required skills / education:
  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor Degree a plus.
