Dave Kopke founded the business in 1993 after noticing undesirable trends in the industry. He wanted to do home improvement the right way, always keeping customer satisfaction his #1 priority. After word got around, our growth has remained consistent and in 2013, we moved from St Clair Shores to Sterling Heights into a much larger facility. We specialize in Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling and Additions/Dormers. 

Many of our clients no longer feel the need to “get 3 bids”. We are seldom the lowest bid, but as we like to say, we are “where quality and affordability come together”.
