It is why we were founded. In 1935, neighbors gathered in the Redford Twp. home of Arthur and May Jenkins to found their credit union. Each placed $5 into a bowl from which anyone could borrow in a time of need. Over the years, we have invited neighboring credit unions to join our family. Today, we serve more than 116,000 members and partner with communities all across the state of Michigan to give back to our neighbors in need.
