Medallion Gala to benefit
Henry Ford Macomb Hospital’s campus transformation
New award named for Barbara Rossmann to be presented at this year’s event
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Feb. 6, 2025) – The Medallion - Macomb’s Gala Event, a black-tie fundraiser for Henry Ford
Macomb Hospital, is set to take place from 6 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township. Proceeds will benefit the hospital’s continued campus transformation.
This year’s event chairs are Dr. Mohammed Rehman, D.O., medical director of the hospital’s Neurosciences Critical Care and Neuroendovascular Surgery and his wife Faseeha Hashmi. Serving as co-chairs are Mark and Lisa Jansen. This year's theme is “A Night in Paris," where you'll feel as if you've stepped onto the streets of Paris.
“The Medallion event is a night filled with dinner, live-music, awards, a spectacular grand package raffle and, most importantly, celebration of our staff. We look forward to honoring our hard-working doctors, nurses and team members who are the cornerstone of our hospital,” said Dr. Mohammed Rehman. “Thanks to our generous ticket holders and sponsors, we can make meaningful improvements to our hospital, like the newly built Janet & Jim Riehl North Tower.”
The Medallion awards honor those who have worked to
significantly enhance the hospital during the past year.
The 2025 Medallion honorees are:
Physician: Raed
Alnajjar, M.D, medical director, cardiothoracic surgery
