Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests.

  • Train on and know Software, thoroughly (Boulevard).
  • Help with cleaning duties and organization alongside the staff.
  • Able to walk new potential guests through a consultation explaining therapies & able to answer questions.
  • Daily checks on appointment confirmations, filed forms, checking in and greeting guests. 
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong Sales skills and experience required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-in/check-out processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Detail oriented.
- Tidy & Organized.
- Team Player.

- Interested In Alternative Health
