Duties and Responsibilities -

• Entering bank and credit card transactions within accounting software programs such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero

• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations 

• Monthly closing of client books

• Initiating and properly recording payroll transactions 

• Filing federal and state payroll tax returns

• Preparing and filing individual and business income tax returns 

• Staying up to date on changes to applicable tax laws and regulations 

• Effectively communicating with the team and clients

• Assisting clients with documentation needs

• Lending support to others and being a team player

• Maintaining confidentiality
