Kim Stephens’, SALTA’s Director of Strategy in Growth, joined our leadership team in 2018. She has a unique understanding of the healthcare industry being a registered nurse (RN) for 27 years in a myriad of settings like Ortho, ICU, OR, ED, Radiology, Patient Throughput, leadership, hospital administration, organ & tissue donation, pharmaceutical sales & medical affairs, stress management & resiliency coach, supply chain, clinical systems, and training. Kim’s widespread experience and knowledge has given SALTA the advantage to hone in on sales, marketing, community connections, contract negotiations, supply chain, and healthcare industry relationships. She enjoys educating all on direct primary care to understand what’s broken in the traditional healthcare system, and show another way to help solve the healthcare crisis.
