I also specializes in Lifestyle Medicine that includes review and optimization of mindful based practices, whole-food plant based nutrition, enjoyable exercise, restorative sleep,  positive social connections, and avoidance of toxic substances. I practice what I teach and enjoy body biulding, jiu jitsu, and crossfit as well as spending time with my wonderful wife and son.
